DMC Cancún was established in 2011, when two Ritz-Carlton-trained hospitality professionals combined their skills and desire to do extraordinary things. Fernando and Gaby have been growing their boutique-size company ever since, and regularly provide US incentive and meeting planners with professional ground services for events in Cancún, Riviera Maya, Costa Mujeres, as well as Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, and Mexico City for a few.

In addition to the small, medium, and large programs, Fernando and Gaby have been the preferred DMC partner for a Virginia-based consulting firm for nearly a decade. It's the company's Premier annual recognition event that brings about 5,400 employees to Cancún where they buy-out three and half hotels for ten consecutive days, and participate in inspiring and engaging events.

Fernando explains his philosophy of staying lean and mean; "we specialize in providing high-level services to a discerning clientele hosting programs and events in Cancún, Riviera Maya, and Costa Mujeres. We love simple but out of a need to be efficient and extremely accurate we excel in complicated logistics, and have developed proprietary technology to effectively and discreetly manage complex operations."

Fernando explains "I love people, I love the hospitality industry, and I have fallen in love with this beautiful part of Mexico and its resources. Sharing is caring and that's what we do."
